Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy does vary, based on type of product. If an item does not qualify for return or exchange, it is clearly stated on the "Additional Information" tab located near the bottom of the item page.
Items that do qualify for return/exchange may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date or returned for a refund within 10 days. Items must be in original condition including original scent with all tags attached and must be accompanied by original receipt.
The following items may NOT be returned or exchanged:
- Trading cards
- Seasonal Items (scarves, etc.)
- Frames & framed items
- Headwear (hats, beanies, stocking caps, etc.)
- Special event items (World Series, Super Bowl, etc.)
- Traded players (player not pictured in current team)
- Team changes (name/logo not current)
- Clearance items
- Opened items
- Special orders
Defective items and items damaged during shipping must be exchanged for identical item.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All orders being returned that qualified for free or reduced shipping will be subject to the original actual shipping charges and such charges will be deducted from total refund.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, unless item was damaged during shipping or wrong item was shipped to consumer. If a shipping error was made on our part then we will cover shipping costs both ways.

Items may also be returned or exchanged at our retail store.
We reserve the right to refuse any return and to require that certain items be returned directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds will be issued in same form as payment made. Purchases made by credit card must be credited to same card used for purchase. Purchases made by check will be refunded in form of check, and mailed to customer in approximately 7-14 days.
All sales are final. Refunds/exchanges are not accepted. Trading cards often fluctuate in price. By placing your order, you agree to purchase products at the advertised price when you submit your order. Price adjustments will not be made if the price changes after you place the order. No refunds will be given for any fluctuation in price. Stated insertion ratios are on average across an entire production run and are not guaranteed. Any issues regarding content/quality should be directed to the manufacturer. Contact information is available upon request.
